Non Surgical Neck Lift

Non-surgical neck lift includes several options. Ultherapy is a non-surgical ultrasound treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy that is delivered beneath the skin’s surface. The patient feels tiny amounts of energy being deposited under the skin to start collagen-building to tighten the skin. ThermiTight uses radiofrequency energy and a tiny laser probe to heat the skin from the inside and tighten it. Botox is injected along the jawline to tighten the muscles and create a smooth and contoured look. Dermal fillers restore lost facial volume and lifts sagging skin. Microneedling uses very fine needles to puncture the skin and stimulate collagen production.

Ideal candidates have mild to moderate skin laxity, a lowered brow, loose skin on the neck, sagging under the chin or lines and wrinkles on the neck. Patients that have skin that has been excessively sun-damaged or have excessive amount of sagging are not good candidates.

The cost of non-surgical neck lift depends on the treatment performed by the doctor, the surgeon’s level of expertise, the amount of work that needs to be performed and the geographic location of the procedure. Ultherapy costs $1200-$4500 while ThermiTight is anywhere from $1500-$4000.  The price of Botox is $300-$1000 and dermal fillers are anywhere from $400-$2000 depending on the type and amount used. Microneedling costs range from $400-$700.

Any of these procedures tightens loose skin on the face, neck and chest. There could be some slight swelling, redness, tingling and tenderness of the skin shortly after the procedures. The length of the results depends on the procedure but none of them provide permanent results and the patient's natural aging process will cause the skin to sag again.
