When it comes to plastic surgery and the Kardashian family, it seems like a new story comes out every week about a new plastic surgery procedure that some member of the Kardashian/Jenner family has decided to undergo. The members of the family share their plastic surgery adventures on social media and on their popular TV show. One member of the family that is less than forthcoming about any changes made to her appearance using plastic surgery is Kylie Jenner. She has often denied having plastic surgery and she recently decided to go on the record to discuss the issue.
Kylie Jenner recently graced the cover of Paper magazine’s 2019 “Transformation” issue. In the article inside the magazine, Jenner addressed the evolution of her look from a teenager starring on a reality TV show to her current status as a makeup mogul.
The subject of her long rumored plastic surgery was brought up by the magazine. However, Kylie Jenner insists that the changes in her appearance over the years are nothing more than the result of “good hair and makeup”. She added, “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false. I’m terrified! I would never. They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and like, fillers, can really do.”
As the interview progressed, Jenner did admit that her look is due to more than “good hair and makeup”. She said “Its fillers. I’m not denying that.”
The 21-year-old mother of one spent years claiming that her famous pout was nothing more than the result of strategically placed liner. However, in 2015, she finally admitted that she received lip injections from Dr. Simon Ourian, a plastic surgeon located in Beverly Hills. The admission about having lip injections happened on an episode of the Kardashian’s reality series.
While Kylie is open with the public about her use of dermal fillers, she has denied ever going under the knife to have any sort of plastic surgery.
Even though Kylie Jenner has denied having plastic surgery in the past, there have been rumors following her for years that the changes in her appearance have been the result of plastic surgery. Over the past few years, there have been rumors of Kylie undergoing an eyebrow lift, having breast implants and getting butt implants placed in her body.
The main rumor that followed her for years about her appearance was the use of lip fillers to enhance her lips and provide her with her signature pout. After years of claiming that she never had any work performed on her lips, she finally admitted to having fillers placed in her lips. During an interview in the past few years, she said “I was 15 and I was insecure about my lips. I have really small lips. And it was like one of my first kisses and a guy was like ‘I didn’t think you would be a good kisser because you have such small lips.’ I took that really hard. When a guy you like says that, I don’t know, it just really affected me. I just didn’t feel desirable or pretty. I would over-line my lips with the lip liner to create the illusion of bigger lips and then, I was like, this lip liner isn’t doing it and ended up getting my lips done.”
When it comes to the rumors about Jenner and breast augmentation, these rumors have followed her since 2015. Kyle posted a note on her app telling her fans that the secret to her bigger boobs was a bra from Victoria’s Secret. On the app, she said “Everyone thinks I’ve gotten a breast augmentation recently and I haven’t. I just use the ‘Bombshell’ by Victoria’s Secret – its life changing. I’ve gotten all my sisters on it, all my friends and if you ever want the look of bigger breasts, that’s what I do.” Even though she claims the bra made the difference in the appearance of her breasts, some people suspect her of undergoing breast augmentation. Many of them pointed to “a scar” spotted on her chest in one of Kylie’s selfies. They claimed this scar was proof that she had breast augmentation while others say it was simply a shadow on the photo.
The size of Kylie’s butt and hips has also been speculated about over the years. Some of the changes to the size and shape of her booty can be the result of her moving out of her teenage years and becoming a 21-year-old female. She has even claimed that the changes in the curves of her body were the result of breast plumping and butt enhancing lotions. There are some fans of Kylie that speculate the change in her appearance is the result of plastic surgery. They suspect her of having fat transfer to her buttocks and hips to provide even more of an enhancement to her figure. In addition to having a fat transfer procedure such as a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), it has also been speculated that Kylie had butt implants placed to provide more of a projection to her backside.
Until the time comes that Kylie Jenner decides to speak out again about the rumors regarding plastic surgery procedures, the chatter about the changes in her appearance will remain nothing more than gossip.
