Renuvion

Renuvion is a minimally invasive skin-tightening treatment primarily used on the stomach but it can also be used on the neck, back, thighs, breasts, arms and legs. Tiny hidden incisions are strategically made on the areas to be treated and then a J-Plasma device is used to sub-dermally deliver cold plasma to the area being treated. J-Plasma is created by energizing helium gas so its atoms and molecules ionize into negatively charged electrons and positively charged ions. The plasma tightens and rejuvenates the skin from the inside out.

Ideal candidates want to tighten the skin around the eyes, jawline, cheeks or the lips while improving the lower face wrinkles to create a natural glow, reduce scarring and uneven coloring and to get rid of freckles and age spots. The procedure is also suitable for patients with mild to moderate loose skin from age, weight loss or pregnancy.

The typical cost ranges from $3000-$5000.The final cost depends on fees charged by the surgeon or medical facility, the geographic location of the procedure and if other procedures are performed at the same time.

The procedure rejuvenates and revitalizes the skin. There will be some slight peeling, swelling and bruising within 3-7 days of the procedure. Any redness that is visible on the face after the procedure will fade into a more natural hue in about 6 weeks. Maximum results are evident after a couple of months and the results will last for a period of 7-10 years.
