InstaBreast Gives Patients Instant Breast Augmentation

InstaBreast gives patients a temporary breast augmentation

Breast augmentation is one of the most popular cosmetic breast surgery procedures currently performed in the United States. Breast augmentation gives patients a more enhanced look to the breast while also giving a better shape and contour to their appearance. However, some patients are afraid to undergo breast augmentation surgery because they are unsure how they will look when the final results are visible after surgery. Thankfully, there is a solution known as InstaBreast that allows patients to temporarily enjoy the results of breast augmentation without having to undergo a surgical procedure.

InstaBreast Instant Breast Augmentation

InstaBreast was developed as a way for patients interested in undergoing breast augmentation to have a method to determine how they would look after a breast augmentation procedure. In the past, the results of breast augmentation were projected using such methods such as 3D imaging and implant sizers. Unfortunately, these methods can lead to inaccurate representation as well as unrealistic representations.

Once a patient decides to undergo the InstaBreast procedure, an area at the edge of each nipple is designated to be the section where the injections for the procedure will be performed.  Once the designated area is anesthetized, the doctor injects around a half-liter of sterile saline solution into the breast tissue of the patient. The sterile saline solution is essentially salt water that is injected into the breast tissue. The needle containing the saline solution is carefully maneuvered so the saline solution can be injected in different areas of the breast at multiple angles. The saline solution is injected until the breast reaches the desired amount of fullness. After it is injected, the saline is slowly absorbed into the bloodstream of the patient and the full effect of the breast augmentation lasts about 24 hours. Patients do not need to worry about the saline solution that is injected by the doctor because it is the same solution that is administered to patients that are suffering from dehydration. Once the 24 hours after the injections have passed, the breasts will return to their natural size.

Since InstaBreast is a noninvasive procedure, it only takes about 15-20 minutes to perform. Patients can expect to be in and out of the office of the doctor in less than an hour. In addition, since the results only last for about 24 hours, patients do not have to worry about being unhappy with the results of the procedure on a long-term basis.

InstaBreast Benefits and Risks

InstaBreast is a breast augmentation procedure that was developed by Dr. Norman Rowe who is a plastic surgeon based in New York City. Dr. Rowe says this cosmetic breast augmentation treatment is ideal for patients that want temporary breast augmentation for special events. Dr. Rowe discussed the procedure on his website by saying “This procedure is an excellent way for women to see how their body might look before deciding on surgery. What better way to decide whether or not a client wants permanent surgery than to let them live with it temporarily before going under the knife?”

The main benefits of InstaBreast include:

  • It allows patients to see how they will look after breast augmentation without the need to actually undergo a surgical breast enhancement procedure (the “testing of the breasts” is like test driving a car which is known as “try it before you buy it”)
  • Saline injections are less risky, as well as less invasive, than traditional breast augmentation surgery
  • The injections are essentially free of pain for the patient

The risks of InstaBreast include:

  • Bruising
  • Discomfort
  • Stretching of the tissues
  • The results as not as dramatic as breast implants in terms of long-term impact on the look of the patient
  • There is a possibility of the needles hitting a blood vessel during the injection process and causing a hematoma (damage to the blood vessel that results in a collection of blood outside of the blood vessel).
  • Infection
  • Long-term damage to the shape and overall support of the breast if the patient has multiple treatments

In addition, the body retains traces of the saline and it is not fully known if this can impact the health of the patient if they have multiple InstaBreast treatments.

InstaBreast Consultation Appointment

Before a patient decides to undergo InstaBreast breast augmentation, the person should schedule a consultation appointment with a board-certified doctor that is experienced in performing the treatment. The doctor will explain the benefits and risks of InstaBreast because the general opinion among doctors is that temporary breast augmentation should only be performed once or twice on a patient. The limit on the number of times the treatment should be performed is to avoid long-term damage to the shape or support of the breasts, In addition, patients that have InstaBreast performed once or twice should have a better idea about the cup size that is appropriate for their size and frame thanks to the temporary results provided by the treatment. The cosmetic surgeon will also discuss the reasons for the breast augmentation desired by the patient in order to determine if the best option to achieve the desired results is InstaBreast or surgical breast augmentation.
