I've been stressed about a flare up I had near my eye. It took a while to get an appointment, as one expects with a specialist, so I had worked myself up quite a bit. All my anxieties alleviated, Dr. Bass was kind and professional, and I am already seeing positive results from his treatment. The office staff have been professional, friendly, and quick to greet and process the paperwork. My wait times have been short--like 5 minutes.
