Crown placement and bonding

I've been with Dr. Joseph Cassara for about 7 years now. I had 2 congenitally missing lateral incisors and my cuspids grew in where the lateral incisors should have been and I had an underbite - it was a mess. My oral surgeon placed the implants in Dr. Cassara placed the porcelain crowns shortly thereafter. I could not be happier with the end result - it has been life changing! Dr. Cassara has also done a few minor tweaks here and there to get everything dialed in cosmetically. My central1
