Tummy tuck to relieve pain?

I have lost over 100 pounds to reach my goal weight but I still suffer from severe lower back pain. Even after my weight loss, I still suffer from the excess skin on my stomach that adds about 15 pounds of weight. If I have a tummy tuck and get this excess skin removed, will it help me with my back pain?
