Hello, I recently had a Breast Augmentation. At my pre op the doctor suggested to go over the muscle due to my small nipple to crease distance but he then just said he will just go under the muscle to avoid capsular contracture. fast forward to surgery day. I woke up with drains in each breast and he told me that I had a very extensive surgery he said once he placed the implant he didn't like the way it looked because my breast muscle was too thick so he decided to remove the implant and slice up my muscle to make it mold around the implant. I've never heard of this being done before so I am wondering If he has messed up? I've since then had to have one implant removed at 4 weeks post op due to implant exposure. To say I am devastated is an understatement. I've spent so much money and now have one breast that looks horrible. no fullness in to upper pole and its a pointy cone shaped breast that is pretty saggy. I need answers from someone that doesn't work with him to see if he has messed up and if there will ever be a possibly to me to have nice full round breast
