I had received a hair transplant (FUT method) 4 months ago. I was told that it would be normal to lose the hair that was transplanted and that it would grow back. The past few days however I have been noticing that I am losing hair in the surrounding areas. Is this considered shock loss? And if this is shock loss is this a normal thing to see 4 months after the procedure? I am currently not taking finasteride as I have had a few side effects, but I am using Rogaine.
