I had a breast augmentation in February 2017 (250cc/silicone) and at first I was very happy with them, considering I had very small breasts to begin with. My implants were placed submuscular (under the muscle) and because of this placement method I now have animation deformity. I was never told that this could be a possible side effect. I have reached out to other surgeons to see how much it would be to change the placement of my implants and it is a lot more expensive than I imagined it would be. I have been thinking about removing the implants all together and having a fat transfer to my breasts instead (mostly for volume). Is this procedure effective if I have already had implants?
