The only FDA-approved procedure for penis enlargement is Penuma which is a crescent-shaped piece of medical-grade silicone inserted under the penis skin to make it longer and wider. An incision is made in the groin area just above the base of the penis. An individual Penuma device designed to fit the patient's specific penis shape is then inserted into the shaft over the corpus cavernosa, like a sheath.
