This patient underwent laser contouring of the neck and lower face to provide a more youthful appearance. She wanted to correct the jowls in the jawline and the neck skin laxity. The Smart Lipo MPX (AKA Precision Tx) was used to perform a laser facelift and necklift.
This patient complained of difficulty breathing from the left nostril from a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. The patient also wanted to address the “hanging columella” and hump on the bridge of the nose. He underwent a septorhinoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. The hump was removed and the hanging columella was repaired. The septum was straightened and the tip was refined by narrowing and sculpting the tip cartilages. All procedures were done by Dr, Tansavatdi.
This 55 year old Asian female came in with complaints of large nostrils, droopy eyelids, and under eye bags. She underwent alar base reduction via Weir excision and sill reduction to reduce the size of her nostrils so that they would fit her face better. She also underwent upper eyelid lift with fat grafting to the brows to accentuate the eyes. Fat was also grafted to the cheeks and tear troughs to rejuvenate the eyes and face. All procedures were done by Dr, Tansavatdi.
This 17 year old teen wanted to get rid of a large hump on her nose. On exam the nose was crooked, there was a deviated septum and the middle vault and nasal valves were narrow. The hump was removed, septum straightened, middle vault and nasal valves widened, and the tip straightened and refined by Dr. Tansavatdi.
