As the title of my review says, I am his biggest Fan. In fact, I am one of his regular customers. Dr. Aaron is a genius and his bedside manner is unsurpassed. I go nowhere else with my concerns because I know he is always ready to answer them with expertise. It all started with a Mommy makeover after my first child when he was introduced to me by a colleague at work who also underwent breast surgery. After the mommy makeover procedure which included Breast Reduction/Lift, Tummy Tuck Revision and Liposuction, I found him to be the best doctor in Beverly Hills. He has also fixed my upper and lower eyelids, and recently performed my lower face lift. All I have to say is Thank You.
