Can I get saline breast augmentation and fat grafting at the same time?

I want to get saline implants placed in my breast but I am worried it won’t look natural due to the fact that I just don’t have much breast tissue. Can I get fat grafting during the same time? Is this an option for me?

Breast augmentation with fat grafting

Fat grafting with a breast augmentation can be combined. The fat can be injected around the implant to give a more natural result. You do need to have excess fat around your abdomen, flanks or thighs to be harvested for the procedure.
