I have had my breast implants for the last 5 years and have been unhappy with them since day 1 (I was pressured into getting a bigger size than what I wanted). Since there has been so much emotional trauma, I am not interested in just downsizing the implant size, I just want to remove them all together. I know it is risky anytime one is placed under general anesthesia so I was wondering if it would be possible to have my implants removed just using local anesthesia?
