Votiva

Votiva is a non-invasive vaginal rejuvenation device. The treatment makes use of two devices, Forma V and Fractora V. Forma V is a versatile heating tool used on the internal and external vaginal tissues to tighten and rejuvenate the labia minora. Fractora V uses deep-heating technology to improve the skin by stimulating new collagen production. The procedure involves moving a handpiece across the areas to be treated to deliver radiofrequency energy to both the internal and external vaginal tissues.

Ideal candidates are women with vaginal laxity, vaginal dryness or urinary incontinence. The procedure is also suitable for women dissatisfied with the appearance of their labia. Patients that are pregnant are also not good candidates for the procedure.

The typical cost for Votiva ranges from $1300 - $3000.The final cost depends on any necessary medical tests, the surgeon’s level of expertise and the geographic location of the procedure.

The procedure rejuvenates and revitalizes the vagina. Patients are able to return to their daily activities immediately though it is advised to refrain from sexual intercourse for 72 hours after the treatment. For the best results, three sessions that are spaced three to four weeks apart are needed. Initial results can be seen immediately after the first session. The results can last up to a year.
