Exilis

Exilis is a FD- approved procedure that reduces fat. It tightens and improves the skin's quality. The RF energy used during the treatment heats the deeper layers of the skin causing fat cells to shrink as the skin contracts and stimulates new collagen. The Exilis device is glided across the areas being treated delivering RF energy as it's moved along. The precisely controlled radiofrequency energy heats the deeper layers of the skin. This heat causes fat cells to shrink and contracts the skin tissue while stimulating new collagen production in the process.

Ideal candidates want to tighten saggy or loose skin. The procedure is also suitable for patients who want to improve the tone and texture of the skin.

The typical cost ranges from $250-$600 per session. The final cost depends on the number of treatments performed, the severity of the condition being treated, the surgeon’s level of expertise and the geographic location of the procedure.

The procedure tones and improves skin texture while reducing unwanted areas of fat. After the treatment, patients may experience mild redness, swelling and bruising. For the best results, a series of 4-6 sessions are recommended every 2 weeks. The results last approximately 2 years.
