Sitting in front of Dr. Troell the first day I met him, I knew instantly I was in the right hands. The way I was welcomed by the staff outside his main office put my mind at ease. He is tremendously patient as he took the time to explain the whole procedure to me. There are doctors that prefer going straight into surgery without letting their patient ask questions about the procedure. He gave me enough time to ask questions which I appreciated a lot. I was able to clear my doubts during this session. I never knew a plastic surgeon could be this caring until I met with Dr. Troell. I had my procedure and I am back on track. I had swelling on my face the first few weeks after the procedure but, thanks to Dr. Troell and his after-surgery care, I am back on my feet and the results are obvious to others.
