General anesthesia for full face lift?
Q: I am in my 60s and considering getting a full face lift. I do not do very well under general anesthesia and I wanted to know if it would be possible to do this procedure without or what my options are.

Duck lips after lip filler. Help!
Q: I had lip filler injected about one month ago and I don’t like how my lips came out. My lips stick out so much and it looks like I have duck lips. My lips are naturally very small and I’m wondering if this is just how filler looks on me?
A: Duck lips after lip filler
I would recommend waiting about six weeks before seeking intervention. If you do not like the look, the filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if it is a hyaluronic acid based filler like Juvederm. Also, the filler will dissolve naturally with time: usually in about 4 - 6 months. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Dr. D.

Depending on the location of the scar, a tummy tuck may be able to remove it. Scars located below the belly button are more likely to be removed with a tummy tuck than those above the belly button. A consultation with a plastic surgeon should be able to help you with this. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Dr. D.

Q: I am 23 years old and got botox done on my face for the very first time about a week ago. Since then I have broken out with a lot of acne all over my face. If I were to squeeze the pimples and pop them, is there any way that the botox itself would come out?
