Earlier this month, 79-year-old Jane Fonda wowed the Emmy Awards with her appearance. She arrived at the show wearing a hot pink gown with a waterfall-back. She also amazed the crowd with her youthful appearance.
Unlike other aging Hollywood actresses, Jane Fonda has never been shy about admitting to undergoing plastic surgery. As recently as 2010, she said “I’ve had work done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes.”
Even though she has admitted to having work done on her appearance, there is still plenty of speculation about the number of procedures performed on Fonda.
Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi, who is a plastic surgeon in Britain, says “Jane has definitely had Botox in her forehead, as it’s so smooth and wrinkle-free — even when she’s smiling.” He also feels that her “nasal bridge is extremely straight and the tip is very defined, so it looks artificial.” His professional opinion is that Fonda had rhinoplasty to achieve this look.
Other doctors speculate that Fonda has also had blepharoplasty, veneers to keep her dazzling smile, filler in her lips and maybe even a facelift or a neck lift.
Until Fonda admits to any, or all, of these speculated procedures, celebrity watchers will have to continue guessing how she remains youthful looking at all times.
