How to Panhandle for Bigger Breasts

Posted June 11, 2015

Once again America has proven itself to truly be the land of infinite opportunities. Just look at single mom and bartender, Chrissy Lance. Apparently, this daring entrepreneur has taken it upon herself to gain enough money for a breast augmentation surgery by panhandling in the streets. To top it off, she is doing everything legally, by getting herself a panhandling permit (yes it exists) and even has her friend working as a personal bodyguard on site for her.

Types of Breast Augmentation Procedures

After reading the above, if you started researching on how to get your very own panhandling license for a boob job, we should first take a look at the various breast enhancement procedures currently available in the market. Breast augmentation generally includes 2 major procedures: breast implants to increase the size or breast reduction, which is self-explanatory.

Breast implant is typically a more popular procedure, as it is designed to enhance a patient’s bust-size and overall curvature. A silicone or saline prosthesis is inserted in between the breast tissue and over the sub-glandular muscle. It can also be placed underneath the breast tissue and pectoralis major muscle.

On the other hand, fat grafting technique uses some of the patient’s own body fat in place of silicone or saline implants. This technique is known to produce the most natural looking results. A more popular procedure called Brazilian Butt Lift, also uses this fat transfer technique, offering little to no side effects and superior results.

Breast reduction is generally a less popular procedure in the United States, possibly due to popular fashion trends promoting big breasts and a curvy butt. Nevertheless it is still an option. At times it is even a necessary procedure for some women, helping to remove excess breast fat, glandular tissue and skin, and improving the overall proportions of the breasts.

 Expenses, Expenses

Now that you’ve decided on which breast augmentation procedure is right for you, let’s talk price. I’m sure you can find many “good deals” from craigslist or newspaper ads, but you have to remember that it’s ok to spend a little more money, to avoid getting botched operations or choosing the wrong plastic surgeon that has little to no experience in the practice. It will save you a ton of headache and possibly even your life. So the cost estimates I will be giving next will be based upon the average price from LICENSED plastic surgeons.

The cost of silicone or saline breast implant is generally around the $4000-$6000 ballpark, which normally includes anesthesia, consultation fee and other associated costs.  The average price for breast fat transfer will be a little more costly at around $8,600. This is probably due to the fact that it is a more extensive operation, offering more reliable and better looking results. Unsurprisingly, breast reduction costs basically the same as breast implants, at around $6000.

Preparation Always Beats Hindsight

So let’s say that you’ve finished doing your research, chosen what breast enhancement procedure is best for you, and is now on your way to apply for your very own panhandling license. Take one last look over your shoulder and ask yourself these following questions first:

  • Do the advantages outweigh any possible side-effects or complications that may occur?
  • Have you considered an alternative approach?
  • Do you have realistic expectations?
  • Will a breast augmentation procedure help you achieve your goals?

If you answered “no” to any of the questions above, I highly recommend that you hold off on that panhandling license and maybe even the boob job all together. A breast augmentation makes a permanent change to your body and undoing it is never as simple as it seems. Be sure that you are both emotionally and psychologically ready for a breast enhancement procedure first.

If you do decide to panhandle for bigger breasts, don’t forget to bring a personal body guard along!!
