How To Get Bigger Breasts Without Surgery

The desire for bigger breasts is one shared by many women. Most women think breast augmentation surgery is the only option available to make their breasts bigger. However, there are a number of ways to get bigger breasts without surgery as seen in the examples below.

  • Exercise – One of the most effective ways of getting bigger breasts without surgery is through exercise. The primary aim of these exercises is to enlarge the pectoral muscles to give the outward look that the breasts are bigger. However, they do more than just enlarge muscles.   1. Push-Ups – While push-ups are a good exercise for the triceps, they also add strength to the pectoral muscles that are situated below the breasts. Push-ups should be included in your daily exercise regime starting when you get out of bed in the morning and before getting into bed at night. To do push-ups, lay flat with your stomach on the floor and your hands directly below your shoulders. Then, slowly push your body upwards until your arms straighten as you rise onto your toes. Gently lower your body back down to the ground without letting your stomach touch the floor. Repeat this exercise ten times to mark a set.
  2. Dumbbells – Another great way to add strength to the pectoral muscles is by using dumbbells. This routine can be done at home or at the gym. For newbies, it's advisable to use a gym where an instructor or a trainer will be present to guide you.  Dumbbells that have a weight of around 12 pounds each is a good starting point. Hold the dumbbells in both hands and gently lift them in the air while keeping your hands and back straight. Once the dumbbells are raised above your head, gently lower them to your sides. Repeat this exercise ten times to mark a set.
  3. Fly Lifts – This is another exercise that is very efficient for getting bigger breasts without surgery. This exercise involves being on your back with your arms out on both sides while holding weights of around 5 pounds. Hold the weights sideways and then move your arms in an outward motion. Once your arms are all the way out, move them back in until they meet right above the chest. The best number to start with is 2 sets of 5 lifts. You can do more sets when you're used to the routine.
  4. Wall Press – The wall press is a different kind of push-up that works the pectoral muscles and the upper arms. It requires you to stand 2 feet away from a wall while keeping your arms straight and palms pressed against the wall. Lean towards the wall and do the same motions you would for a normal push-up routine of 2 sets of 10 wall presses. This is really easy to do and vital in working the pectoral muscles as well as the biceps and triceps.
  5. Crunches - This is an exercise that serves a variety of purposes. This routine doesn't just help you get bigger breasts without surgery. It also helps in trimming belly fat, strengthening the abs and generally strengthening the core. To do this, get on the ground with your arms sideways and your knees bent.
