Heidi Montag Had How Many Plastic Surgeries?

Posted August 04, 2016

It’s been 10 years since “The Hills” debuted on MTV. Featuring a cast filled with beautiful girls and hot guys, the show made stars out of its cast. One cast member that has remained in the news over the years is Heidi Montag. While her fame came from the TV show, she is better known these days for the astonishing amount of plastic surgery performed on her body.

Montag had rhinoplasty and breast surgery during the early days of the show. As hard as it is to believe, she later underwent 10 plastic surgeries in one day! Here is a list of the 10 procedures she had on the same day:

1. Botox

2. Rhinoplasty revision

3. Mini-brow lift

4. Chin reduction

5. Fat injections in her lips as well as her cheeks

6. Breast augmentation revision

7. Liposuction on her thighs and waist

8. Ear pinning

9. Buttock augmentation

10. Neck liposuction

It should be noted that Montag was in her early 20s when she had all of this work performed on her body. The combination of surgeries left her looking very different from the person that gained fame on MTV as the procedures left her with lumpy legs, uneven breasts and scarring for the entire world to see.

At the time, she said that nobody ages in a perfect manner and she planned to use plastic surgery to make her look more perfect. She always said that she found plastic surgery to be very rewarding. Montag is now 29-years-old and has a different view of plastic surgery. In a recent interview with People Magazine, Heidi says she doesn’t completely regret the procedures because she has tried to grow from the experience. However, she has made some changes since her constant plastic surgeries early in her career. She even reduced her rather large F-cup to a D because she found them too heavy to the point that they were falling through the skin and causing her great pain.

She also confessed to People that she was in over her head when it came to her previous surgeries. By “over her head”, she means that she didn’t understand that having plastic surgery meant making a change that lasts a lifetime. The constant changes to her body was challenging to her on a physical and emotional level. Montag has never warned others to not have multiple surgeries in one day, or even a lifetime, but her experiences should serve as a warning to others to exercise caution when considering plastic surgery.
